Alicia Procello Maddox, an avid voyager in her own right, is an enormous devotee of Thailand and all it brings to the table. As far as common magnificence Thailand is astounding. In any case, to Alicia Procello Maddox what really separates Thailand is the general population that are from the country. With all that has been done, Avery Dennison and Alicia Procello Maddox are continuing their march towards global sustainability in the coming years. As President of the Avery Dennison Foundation, Alicia Procello Maddox, has made an amazing career out of helping others, from the foundation arm of one of the largest corporations in America! The team at Avery Dennison and Alicia Procello Maddox have been working alongside a local group known as Batsil Antsetik, A.C. The group is using a $2500 grant to establish an environmentally friendly, and self-sustaining organic food production center, in which members of the community will be trained and taught how to operate in a modern farming world, and alternatives to archaic toxic compounds. Alcia Procello Maddox and her team hope this initiative will reduce the use of harmful pesticides, increase the local food production to improve nutrition for children and women, promote women’s leadership, and encourage public conversations on gender equity and human rights. The best part is that these projects the Avery Dennison Foundation, has undertaken, while under Alicia Procello Maddox’ leadership, are focused on bettering some of the most underserved parts of the world. Places where the opportunities for individuals to get a proper education, gainful employment, or sometimes even their basic needs met can become difficult, and cause a great deal of stress in everyday life. Alicia Procello Maddox has spent the bulk of her corporate career as a Philanthropic Executive. She has overseen community building for organizations like Nike, The California Wellness Foundation, and is currently the President of the Avery Dennison Foundation, the philanthropic branch, of Avery Dennison, a global materials science and manufacturing company specializing in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of labeling and functional materials. Alicia Procello Maddox is a hard-working woman, in a corporate world heavily dominated by men. And considering her position as president at a corporate foundation, her actions and even her personal life will be put under the microscope, far more than that of any ordinary person. Alicia Procello Maddox is a woman in the corporate world, her ex-partner knew that levying FALSE personal accusations of a sexual nature would hurt her reputation that much more. Issues such as this must be brought to the light, as false accusations, especially personal ones, can hurt people more than just emotionally, but financially, costing them careers, and opportunities for advancement.
